At Ezeyor, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, our return process is simple and clearly explained below.



📦 1. Return Window (UK, EU & International)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery unless a different return period is stated on the product page.

Items must be:

  • unworn and unused
  • free from stains, perfume, or damage
  • in original packaging with all tags attached

Some supplier-specific items may follow different return rules. These will always be indicated on the product page.


🇬🇧 2. UK Returns

All items can be returned from or within the UK, unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.

Free UK Returns (selected items)

Some items include free UK return shipping. This will be shown on the product page.

Standard UK Returns

For all other items, customers cover the return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

A small £2.99 handling/repackaging fee may apply depending on the item.


🇪🇺 3. EU Returns

Eligibility varies by product.

  • Many items can be returned (customer covers postage).
  • Some items include special handling or repackaging fees.
  • Some supplier-restricted items may not be eligible for EU returns unless faulty or incorrect.
  • Any exceptions will always be shown on the product page.


🌍 4. International Returns (USA, Canada & Rest of World)

Some items can only be returned if faulty, damaged, or incorrect, due to supplier restrictions.

 

Customers are responsible for:

  • return shipping
  • customs or duty fees
  • secure, tracked postage

 

Important for EU & International Returns:

Mark the parcel and customs form clearly as:

“RETURNED GOODS – UNSUITABLE”

to avoid unnecessary charges.


💷 5. Return Costs & Handling Fees

Return Shipping

Customers cover return postage unless:

  • the product page states otherwise
  • the item is faulty or incorrect

 

Handling / Repackaging Fee

A £2.99 handling/repackaging fee applies to some returns and will be deducted from your refund.


🛑 6. Non-Returnable Items:

These items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect:

  • Earrings (hygiene reasons)
  • Items worn, washed, or damaged
  • Items without tags or original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale / clearance items
  • Supplier-restricted items where returns are limited by region (indicated on the product page)

 

🔁 7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To order a different size or colour:

  1. Return your item (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order once your refund is processed

 

💳 8. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will receive an email update
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Allow 5–10 business days for processing
  • Shipping and applicable handling fees are non-refundable

If an item does not meet return criteria, we may return it to you at your expense.

 

🛠 9. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos:

10. Supplier-Specific Rules

Some suppliers have unique return conditions, such as:

  • free UK returns
  • EU or international return limitations
  • hygiene rules
  • handling or repackaging fees

These rules will always be clearly indicated on the product page.
